The works at Boongate Kia tasked us with renovating the existing showroom areas whilst also forming three offices within a redundant space.  The renovation was extensive M&E works (including multiple new floor boxes), decoration works, new ceilings and floor tiling works throughout all showrooms. The works were completed whilst the site is still live and was carried under an agreed phasing plan. We constructed an acoustic dividing partition between the live and construction areas to minimise dust & noise disruptions to the client.

Whilst on site we monitored their electrical usage and compiled a report recommending that the client upgraded their existing supply. We assisted the client with their electrical upgrade by completing the groundworks for UKPN and making good upon completion. We also completed extensive enabling works within the existing electric cupboard by replacing and upgrading all distribution boards to create space within the cupboard for UKPN’s new equipment.
