The works will be completed over 4 phases. The project is briefly described as the full internal refurbishment of the 4-storey medical centre, with limited external works of a new ramp to a single access point.

The biggest challenge on this project was that the building remained fully operational throughout the works.  This proved challenging as access had to provided at all times to both patients and staff.  This project was part of the Considerate Constructors Scheme which is set up to ensure that contractors look after their neighbours and the surrounding area. This project achieved the highest grade of “Excellent” through their site audits.

Full demolition and remodelling prior to new mechanical and electrical installations. Works include Forming of new openings for doors and windows to match existing, refurbishment of offices, toilets and associated electrical and plumbing works. Plaster repairs to existing walls, construction of walls, new floor finishes, joinery and decorations. All works will be carried out to the client’s specification.
