Externally, a new floor slab has been laid throughout the facility, including a loading bay on the exterior.

Inside, smaller internal areas have been constructed to facilitate the assembly line, while the remaining space is utilised for racking to enhance storage capacity for the client.

The existing office area has been completely renovated and expanded at the front of the building, effectively doubling the size of the staff facilities.

A steel frame has been erected for the extension, with new walls installed throughout. Additionally, two sets of stairs, glazed office spaces, new windows, and curtain walling have been incorporated. A new staff canteen area has also been established. The exterior has been reorganised, with new soakaways and oil interceptors installed.

Furthermore, new block paving has been laid for the car park area.
