The site, located just outside Peterborough, needed a ‘Face lift’ in the eyes of the client amongst other works. These works included a new insulated steel cladding to the walls and the roof, in which we installed 80 new 35kVa solar panels to improve their renewable energy output. As well as this, several EV charging points were installed in the car park.

A new entrance lobby was constructed, with accessible entrance doors suitable for all customers. The offices also received a new entrance. The front of the building received new door windows and shop front glazing, improving the building not only visually, but also heating-wise.

New fire & intruder alarms and AC were installed amongst a multitude of other mechanical and electrical services installed.

There were several works to the external car park, including replacement tarmac, drainage works and barrier protection.

All works were to be carried out whilst the retail business remained fully operational, which we managed successfully.
