The contracted included the removal pf the existing concrete hardstanding, remodelling of a 4m high bund around 50% of the existing site, the construction of a new HGV service road complete with turning circle, and 20 new block-paved car parking spaces

The new units are built around and connected to the existing operational units and works include forming a new fire escape for the units.

There were also external landscaping works, including the provision of new trees, hedges, grass areas, soakaways and remodelling of a bund wall to avoid disruption for badgers
