In 2008 , the client had converted this disused 1950’s repeater station into a bakery to produce top quality traditionally-made bread, which later included a small shop to the front of the building.

Probus were tasked with upgrading and refurbishing their existing artisan bakery and shop whilst they continued trading from the building.

Our project included upgrades and reconfigurations to the staff areas, locker rooms and washrooms, as well as the conversion of the existing shop and storage area into a niche café and artisan shop.

We also installed new ovens, with the excess heat emanating from the operation of these being converted into heating for the entire building.
