The extension is to provide two new consulting rooms, and the reconfiguration of the existing building is to relocate and refurbish a Nurse room, provide additional administrative accommodation, and refurbish the patient waiting area and sanitary accommodation.

A new vehicular entrance to the car park was also developed to provide improved access to the site, as well as modifications to the current parking area to provide additional spaces. Various other external works were made to the front of the clinic, including a new bin store, new cycle hoops and hard and soft landscaping to the main entrance area.
