Situated on the doorstep of our company office, we have been contracted with numerous jobs to the client, including the refurbishment of the existing bungalow, construction of 3 traditional Mongolian yurts to be used as an outdoor learning facility and a construction of a new car park.

Our first project for the client involved refurbishing an existing bungalow into a warm and welcoming day nursery for the community. The works consisted of a strip out of all the outdated plumbing and electrics, old kitchen and demolition of the internal walls. This made way for the brand-new kitchen and utility room, new M&E in the majority of the building, and new decorations and flooring throughout the whole building.

The traditional Mongolian yurts, situated in the client’s ‘Forest School area’, were constructed from scratch and included a provision of power, which helps to modernise the outdoor structure to create an interesting and interactive environment for the children to learn. Two  environmentally conscious compostable toilets were also built to aid with the sustainability of the project.

Finally, the client also asked for a new car park, to help with the rise in demand of the new nursery, in which we delivered to the satisfaction of the client.
