The works involved installing new Kingspan insulated cladding to the steel superstructure of the building, on both the roof and the external walls. rooflights were installed to the roof cladding to help bring light into the building. Two roller shutter doors to the building for vehicle access. Blockwork walls to the inside of the building, as well as tarmac to the external area to help make good the surface under a canopy area on the front elevation of the structure.

Other works involved various electrical installations, including a new fire and intruder alarm, and also landscaping to the existing boundary wall just outside the new building
