This project involved a full refurbishment and upgrade of a Grade 2 listed residential property on the Burghley Estate
The external works carried out to the property consisted of replacing the flat roof to the attached lean-to that forms the utility room, coloured rendering to the external walls, and demolishing the brick-built sheds attached to the estate’s boundary wall which required temporary protection.
Internally, we were tasked with removing asbestos, stripping out the existing kitchen, bathroom and floor finishes to make way for a new fitted kitchen and bathroom with accompanying tiling. As well as this, we fitted new flooring, relined all walls and carried out decorations throughout the property.
Other works involved refurbishing the existing sash windows and checking and certifying all the electronics in the property.
