The external work carried out on the property included replacing the flat roof of the attached utility room, applying coloured rendering to the external walls, and demolishing the brick-built sheds attached to the estate’s boundary wall, which required temporary protection.

Internally, we were tasked with removing asbestos and stripping out the existing kitchen, bathroom, and floor finishes to make way for a new fitted kitchen and bathroom with accompanying tiling. Additionally, we installed new flooring, re-lined all walls, and carried out decorations throughout the property. Other works involved refurbishing the existing sash windows and checking and certifying all the electronics in the property.
